James Dunn and Patrick Flinn tried a personal injury matter before a Somerset County jury on behalf of a nurse who was injured when she was caused to trip and fall on defendant’s premises.

Plaintiff’s experts testified that the premises was improperly designed and didn’t have the proper sidewalks and pathways that safety standards require. As a result of the plaintiff’s fall, she sustained a serious left shoulder fracture and dislocation.

The jury found the defendant 100% responsible for the accident and awarded the plaintiff $739,000.00.
