Levinson Axelrod, P.A. Attorney Celine Vitale recently recovered a six-figure award for a worker who was injured in the course of his employment.
As recorded in court documents, Celine’s client was a Rectifier who was injured while lifting pallets in the course of his job. He suffered injuries to his neck and right shoulder and subsequently underwent a cervical decompression surgery and fusion at the C5-C7 vertebrae.
Celine was ultimately able to obtain an award totaling $174,300, which will help her client cover medical expenses and other costs associated with his injuries.
