As case filings show, Brett’s client was a pedestrian who had been struck by a vehicle. She suffered an injury to her knee that required arthroscopic surgery.
During litigation, Brett was able to compel the defendant’s insurance company to tender the $300,000 in liability coverage the driver had purchased for his car. This was the maximum recovery available under the limits of the defendant’s auto insurance policy.
