Over the past few weeks, Rich has settled several workers’ compensation cases for local New Jersey residents injured on the job. These settlements included six-figure lump-sum recoveries and favorable terms for his clients, including the right to reopen their claims should their injuries cause future problems.
Here are four of Rich’s recent results:
- $171,980 settlement for a construction worker who suffered a right-hand injury necessitating surgery, a fractured hip, and multiple rib fractures after a fall at work.
- $120,000 settlement for a machinist who had his left ring finger amputated after it was caught on a hook at work.
- $110,000 settlement for a drug store employee who suffered neck and back injuries after falling at work.
- $112,000 settlement for sheetmetal worker who suffered fractured ribs and a torn rotator cuff after falling on a construction site.
