Earlier this month, members of the Levinson Axelrod team visited the Flemington Area Food Pantry to deliver donations and thank the men and women who keep this essential service running.
The Flemington Area Food Pantry provides supplemental groceries to approximately 1,600 income qualified Hunterdon County families. The Pantry’s clients are often underemployed hard-working adults, veterans, families with children, and seniors who simply struggle to make ends meet and sometimes don’t get enough to eat without some form of assistance.
As seen in the photo below, Senior Partner Richard Levinson, Attorney Kelley Lavery, and Law Clerk Andrew Monahan were happy to drop off needed supplies of non-perishable food items to the Pantry, which has served as an essential lifeline for so many over the past several years.
As a firm that’s represented countless victims, workers, and families in Hunterdon County since our founding in 1939, Levinson Axelrod is proud to show our support for the communities that trust us with their important cases. This includes giving back to our neighbors and making charitable donations to great services like our local food banks – which is particularly important this time of year.
If you’d like to support the Flemington Area Food Pantry this holiday season, whether by donating food, money, or your time as a volunteer, you can drop off food and personal care products at convenient drop off boxes in the Flemington ShopRite and Flemington Stop & Shop, or directly at the Pantry.
