Levinson Axelrod, P.A. is proud to support the Mariano Rivera Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to helping young students obtain an education that empowers them for the future.
The Foundation was created by Mariano Rivera, a Hall of Famer from the NY Yankees and one of Major League Baseball’s greatest relief pitchers. Mariano and fellow Foundation volunteers are currently working to build a learning center for underprivileged children, and recently held a fundraising event in Matawan.
Nearly a dozen Levinson Axelrod, P.A. attorneys and staff attended the event, which raised tens of thousands of dollars for the charity and shared what great things the Foundation is doing to help underserved children in our local communities.
Inspired by the Foundation’s work, our firm proudly donated over $3,000 to support the Mariano Rivera Foundation and its upcoming projects. As Partner Michael B. Fusco noted:
“It was a great opportunity for Levinson Axelrod to give back to the communities that we serve. Whether it’s the underprivileged or the injured, these are groups that need help from others — Mariano has exhibited great leadership in this area so it’s a pleasure to support him as a firm.”
