Levinson Axelrod, P.A. is pleased to announce that Attorney Matthew P. Pietrowski has been named Partner of our firm. This is an achievement that speaks to Matt’s tireless efforts as a New Jersey personal injury attorney, and to a legal career that began when Matt first served as a law clerk with our firm before becoming a licensed lawyer.
While working as a law clerk with Levinson Axelrod, P.A, Matt realized he wanted to devote his professional career and personal life to advocating on behalf of injured victims and families. To achieve this goal, he began attending Seton Hall University School of Law while working as a claims adjuster for AIG at the same time. He graduated in 2004 and subsequently passed the New Jersey State Bar.
Prior to pursuing his career in law, Matt worked as an insurance claims adjuster and environmental chemist. His background in environmental policy provided him with an understanding of the direct effects laws can have on individuals and their health. The insight he gained while working in the insurance industry has also proven invaluable to our clients, many of whom face off against powerful insurance companies that do everything they can to pay victims as little as possible. Because he knows the ins and outs of complex insurance matters, he’s capable of taking on even the toughest cases.
Over the years, Matt has been a critical component of our firm’s success, excelling in brief writing and often assisting our team in preparing a range of cases with difficult insurance issues for trial. His unique background and unwavering work ethic have driven not only his ability to successfully climb the ranks within our firm, but also to secure the positive results and compensation our clients deserve. We are confident he will continue to build upon his record of success in his new role as Partner.
