The injuries occurred due to the negligent installation of a generator by defendant Express Automotive and Towing of Metuchen N.J. on plaintiff’s van which she used as part of her dog-grooming business. Her suit alleged that the generator wasn’t a proper fit for her vehicle, resulting in her exposure to the fumes on October 6, 2011.
Injuries included physical and emotional injuries. The verdict included money damages for violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
