Levinson Axelrod attorneys from the firm’s Edison office in Middlesex County attended the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association’s annual Toys for Tots fundraiser on December 7.
Toys for Tots, a program founded back in 1947 and run by the United States Marine Corps Reserve, collects toys to give to children whose parents struggle to afford Christmas presents over the holidays. More than 50 practicing attorneys attended the event, and more than 100 toys were donated to charity that night.

“It was great to see members of both sides of bar— plaintiff and defense— come out to support a great cause,” said Levinson Axelrod attorney Michael Fusco. “It’s a unique opportunity for trial lawyers to be able to mingle with our colleagues at other firms outside the Courthouse, so we were pleased to be able to take advantage again this year.”
