The family of a boy who survived an alleged attack by a bull mastiff has retained attorney Adam Rothenberg of New Jersey auto accident law firm Levinson Axelrod for representation.
“Our sympathies extend not only to the family of our client but to the family of the second victim,” dog bite attorney Adam Rothenberg said. “Currently, we are assisting our client in getting treatment for the substantial physical and mental injuries he has suffered from.”
Among other areas of personal injury law, Levinson Axelrod specializes in handling cases alleging injury or wrongful death from dog bites and attacks. The identity of Rothenberg's client has not been released by the firm out of respect for the family's privacy.
“We are working to protect the interests of our client, who sustained a serious injury and experienced a great deal of trauma. That is our priority right now,” Rothenberg said. “We have been in contact with the attorney for the deceased child and will be working closely with them in the investigation.”
